Midwest Family Mutual will be making system updates on Friday, May 10 to our Insured Portal and Agency log in credentials.
We are excited to announce that our Insured Portal will now have a new look and additional functionality including:
- Viewing policy information such as premium, risks and coverage limits
- Downloading and printing ID Cards
- Viewing billing information and making payments
- Updating your email and password
These updates are also available on our mobile app - Download the App today!!
Our agents will also now have the ability to setup individual employee passwords and manage their own credentials with the updates we are making to our website, including assigning administrator roles and privileges.
